Over the years, I've dedicated myself to assisting countless individuals navigate the complex world of building projects.

After years helping people either through online courses, directly mentoring or project managing their builds, Kribashini could see where most people were falling down.

She took all her experience as a Commercial Project Manager and a Founder of a successful company, teaching and mentoring women how to build, to create a program which gets people thinking and managing their builds in the right way from the very start.

She has had 19 years of experience in every facet of the construction industry. Working her way up as a Junior Contract Administrator, to running a site all the way, to managing projects for clients as a Senior Project Manager and guiding her team in their own project success.

She has a passion for seeing others succeed, particularly in the Construction Industry. She continues her work towards encouraging women to involve themselves in their home renovation and building projects.

Kribashini as a Master of Project Management and a Bachelor of Building Science.

She has a Cert 4 in Equal Access Design, along with numerous training certificates in many high risk aspects of building, such as Hazardous Substances Identification, Traffic Management, Contract Administration, Procurement, OH&S, Negotiation Skills and Leadership & Communication.
