Founded by Kribashini Hannon, an experienced commercial project lead, co-author of BuildHer, and co-founder of BuildHer Collective, BPL brings nearly two decades of construction expertise to the homeowner’s side of the table.

She’s worked across multi-million dollar builds, advised governments and developers, and mentored hundreds of homeowners through their renovation journeys. But more than that, she’s become a trusted translator — helping people cut through industry noise, make sense of competing advice, and build with intention.

At BPL, she steps into your corner as an independent advisor. No commissions. No confusion. Just the calm, considered support most homeowners wish they had from the start.

Build Play Live began with one clear mission: to stop good people from getting stuck.

Kribashini saw it too often – homeowners following outdated advice, hiring the wrong people, and watching their budgets and confidence unravel.

As a seasoned project lead and one of the original co-founders of BuildHer Collective, she’s worked across hundreds of projects, guiding families through complex builds with clarity and care.

But this new chapter is personal.

RINGWOOD HOUSE

Our clients originally planned to subdivide the block, but zoning restrictions blocked that path.

They needed to pivot and didn’t know how so we guided their design and showed them how we could get it built and save $200K along the way.
